We’re extremely excited to announce our latest business advance as we join forces with a local Manchester housing association, City West Housing Trust.
Over the last few months we’ve been working together on numerous storage and removal projects. After talking to one of their reps it became clear that our unique storage and moving service would be the perfect solution for them and their clients.
By working together, we solved many of City West’s storage problems, including taking away the need for extra staff and eliminating the need for time consuming trips to a self-storage facility.

What have we done?
We’ve worked on a number of projects with City West. Many properties under City West have been undergoing refurbishment and repair. Liberty Gas needed tenants to vacate their properties during these repairs and we helped make sure something that would usually be a stressful situation was easy and convenient. Because we can combine removals and self storage all into one renovation storage service and also give the client the option to load or unload themselves, City West now only has one company to deal with and the tenants’ lives are made much easier as they can lock their storage container at their house without having to travel to a self storage site.
We’re also able to provide our services with as little as 24 hours’ notice so the tenants can be moved quickly and safely, with as little disruption as possible. We offer short and long term self storage solutions and are completely flexible if possessions need to be stored for longer than originally planned. We return the PODS container whenever it is needed. Another great thing for City West and tenants is that there are no huge security deposits to pay, unlike many self-storage companies.
