Your payment has been pre-authorised, which means we will place a temporary hold on your credit or debit card for the amount shown. The funds are held for 7 days while we contact you and confirm the details of your booking.

Although the funds cannot be accessed in your account, no money has been debited in the pre-authorisation stage, it is simply reserved. Once we confirm everything, the payment will then be captured and processed. If your service is not confirmed within 7 days the money will be released back to you.
